Staff Movement

The new Staff Movement module allows managers to allocate staff members across different service stations, track real-time movements between departments, and monitor working assignments during a shift. Managers can view which staff member is assigned to which chair or station, reassign on the fly, and generate end-of-day allocation reports for payroll and performance review.

Customer Loyalty Points — Manual Reset

Main Menu › Customers › Customer Profile › Loyalty

Administrators can now manually reset or adjust a customer's loyalty points balance directly from the customer profile screen. This is useful for promotional campaigns, point corrections following a refund, or period-end loyalty resets. A full audit log entry is created for every manual adjustment, including the reason entered by the operator.

SoftPOS Receipt Customisation

Main Menu › Settings › Receipt › SoftPOS Template

Retail operators can now customise the SoftPOS payment receipt template — adding their logo, branch name, tax registration number, and a custom footer message (e.g. return policy or social media handles). The template supports both English and Arabic and can be previewed before saving. Changes apply immediately to all future SoftPOS transactions at the configured terminal.

Order Ready SMS Notification

Main Menu › Orders › Order Status › Notify Customer

Laundry operators can now send a branded SMS notification to the customer when their order is ready for collection. The SMS template is configurable and can include the order number, branch name, and a custom message. Notifications can be triggered manually from the order screen or set to send automatically when an order status changes to Ready. Delivery reports are logged per order.

Machine Revenue Heatmap

Main Menu › Reports › Machine Performance › Revenue Heatmap

A new visual heatmap report displays each machine's revenue contribution by hour of the day and day of the week. Operators can instantly identify peak usage windows and underperforming machines. The heatmap can be filtered by date range and exported as a PDF for management review. Colour coding highlights top performers (green) and machines needing attention (red).

Arabic Invoice Printing Improvements

Main Menu › Settings › Invoice › Language & Layout

Significant improvements to the Arabic invoice printing engine — including correct right-to-left column alignment, improved number formatting for Arabic-Indic numerals, and fixes to line-break handling for long Arabic product names. Bilingual invoice mode (English header + Arabic detail lines) is now also supported for all product modules. Tested and verified with Epson and Star receipt printers.
