One Profile.
Member profiles store everything from contact details and health notes to subscription history and attendance records — fully searchable by name, ID, or phone.
Complete Member Profile
Full Name (English & Arabic), gender, date of birth, phone (primary + secondary), email, national ID, nationality, emergency contact, blood group, photo, and health notes. All fields stored and searchable.
Batch & Coach Assignment
Each member is linked to a batch (class group) and assigned a coach at registration. Changing batch or coach is tracked with full history — no data is overwritten.
Subscription Tracking
Every subscription records the plan, duration, price, discount applied, registration fee, payment method, reference number, and receipt number — linked to the member's profile permanently.
Renewal Alerts
Memberships expiring in the next 7 or 14 days surface automatically on the dashboard. Front desk can act before the member stops coming in — no renewal slips through.
Freeze Policy
Members can freeze their membership for a defined number of days (configurable per plan). Freeze start/end dates are recorded. Remaining freeze days tracked automatically.

Create as many plan types as your gym needs. Each plan has its own duration, price, registration fee, freeze allowance, and gender restriction. Plans are displayed as cards showing the active subscriber count.

Create discount offers with a name, discount type (percentage or fixed OMR amount), applicable plans, valid from/to dates, and a maximum-use limit. The system validates every offer at the point of sale and disables it automatically when the limit or end date is reached.

Batch Setup
Each batch has a code, name (English & Arabic), days of the week, start and end time, gender allowed (Both / Male Only / Female Only), maximum capacity, and active member count.
Capacity Utilisation
Each batch card shows a live capacity progress bar — current active members vs maximum. At-a-glance visibility across all classes. Over-capacity is prevented automatically.
Coach Assignment
Assign one or more coaches to each batch. Coaches see their assigned batches from their profile. Changes update in real time — no manual communication required.
Gender-Specific Batches
Female-only batches are clearly distinguished in the system view (colour-coded). Male-only or mixed batches handled separately. Member enrolment is validated against the batch gender policy.
Member Enrolment
Members are assigned to a batch at registration or on update. The batch member count updates live. Moving a member to a different batch is tracked with a history log.
Active / Inactive Control
Batches that are paused or seasonal can be set Inactive without deleting them. All history is preserved. Reactivating restores the batch to the scheduling view immediately.

Card Swipe
Member presents their card at the gate. Crystal Core reads the ID and verifies status in under a second.
