Create space categories — Hanger, Display, Shelf, Corner, or any custom type — each with its own monthly rental fee in OMR.
Map Individual Spaces
Assign codes to each space: H-1, H-2, D-1, D-2. The system tracks occupancy, vacancy, and rental value per space.
Create Brands & Partners
Register each designer as a Brand. Tag the brand with their Brand Partner contact. Assign them one or more spaces under a signed contract.
Record Inwards
When the designer brings products, the boutique creates an Inward record. Both parties sign. A printed inward slip is issued to both.
Sell & Notify
Customers buy from multiple designers in one invoice. Crystal notifies each relevant designer via WhatsApp when their item is sold.
Month-End Settlement
System calculates each designer's net payout automatically — sales, returns, rent, and bank charges all factored in.

Auto-Applied at Checkout
During the promotion period, Crystal applies the discount automatically when the product is scanned. No manual override. No counter errors. Promotion expires exactly on schedule.

Questions Before You Decide
A Rental Boutique is a space where the owner rents defined display areas — hangers, shelves, corners, display units — to individual designers who bring in and sell their own products. Crystal manages the complete lifecycle: space type setup, individual space codes with monthly rental fees, brand contracts, inward recording when designers bring stock, multi-brand sales in one customer invoice with WhatsApp notifications, and automatic month-end payout settlement per designer.
Crystal calculates each designer's net settlement automatically. Sales amount is payable to the designer. Monthly space rent is receivable from the designer. Sales returns are deducted from the payable. Bank charges (total card sales × 1.5%) are also receivable from the designer. The system produces a net figure per brand partner with a full breakdown — no spreadsheet work required.
Yes. A customer can select items from multiple designers and pay a single consolidated invoice at checkout. Crystal then notifies each relevant designer via WhatsApp that their product was sold, with the item name and sale amount.
Yes. Brand Partner logins are available at OMR 3 per designer per month. Each login is scoped strictly to that designer's data — their stock, sales, inward history, and payout status. No designer can see another designer's information or the boutique's overall financial data.
A designer contacts the boutique to run a discount on specific products for a defined date range. The boutique admin enters the promotion in Crystal — product filter, discount percentage, start and end date. During that period Crystal applies the discount automatically at checkout. When the promotion expires it stops automatically — no manual action needed.
When a designer terminates their contract, Crystal processes a full outward of all remaining items in their space. The space is marked vacant and available for re-assignment. Final settlement is calculated including any outstanding rent and bank charges before the contract is closed.
